1. Membership Rules
1.1 Membership is subject to approval by the management.
1.2 Members must pay all fees (membership and subscriptions) on time.
1.3 Membership cards must be presented for access to facilities.
1.4 Corporate Membership, Donor Membership, Life Membership, and Permanent Membership are Transferable. Foreign Nationality Membership and General Membership are Non-Transferable.
2. Code of Conduct
2.1 Members must behave respectfully with staff and other members.
2.2 Any abusive behavior, harassment, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Proper dress codes must be followed as per club guidelines.
3. Facility Usage
3.1 Club facilities are for members and their approved guests only. Facilities include:
China Travel Facilities, Authentic Chinese Restaurant, 5-Star Hotel Room Facilities (Cox’s Bazar)
Social Activities & Entertainment:
Fitness & Gym (Ladies & Gents), Chinese Grocery Shop, Chinese Barber Shop, Chinese Tea Booth, Coffee Shop, Bakery, Chinese Acupuncture, Live Music & KTV, Bar & Restaurant, Rooftop BBQ, Banquet Hall, Business Lounge, Guest House, Billiard Room, Card Room, Mahjong etc.
3.2 Advance booking is required for events, VIP Rooms, or large gatherings.
3.3 Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
3.4 Any damage to club property must be compensated by the member responsible.
4. Financial Obligations
4.1 Monthly subscriptions must be cleared by the due date.
4.2 Late payments will incur penalties, and non-payment may lead to suspension of membership.
5. Events and Activities
5.1 The club reserves the right to organize and modify events or programs.
5.2 Members must RSVP for events and follow event-specific guidelines.
6. Guest Policies
6.1 Members can bring guests with prior notification and guest fees (if applicable).
6.2 Guests are allowed limited access to facilities, as determined by membership type.
7. Liquor and Smoking
7.1 Consumption of Liquor is permitted only in designated areas.
7.2 Smoking is restricted to specified zones.
8. Disciplinary Actions
8.1 Violation of club rules can result in warnings, fines, or membership termination.
8.2 Any disputes will be resolved by the club management, whose decision is final.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
9.1 The club ensures members’ personal information is confidential.
9.2 Members must not use the club’s network or platform for solicitation or unauthorized promotions.
10. Amendments
10.1 The club reserves the right to amend rules and policies, with prior notice to members.
