Membership Process

Requirements

1. Membership Application Form: 
* Can be collected the form directly from the club or request it to be couriered to your address. 
* Form Fee: BDT 2,000/- 
2. Required Documents: 
Once you have filled out the form, please submit it along with the following: 
* Passport-size photo 
* Copy of NID (National ID) 
* Copy of TIN Certificate 
* For diplomats, a copy of the passport is required 
* Proof of government employment (such as a Service ID or Certificate of Employment) 
* Nominee’s passport-size photo & copy of NID (National ID) 
* Business card 
3. Payment: 
* The membership fee can be paid via bank transfer, cheque, cash, pay order or card payment (Visa/Mastercard) upon submission of the form. 
4. Receipt & Membership Card: 
* A money receipt will be provided upon payment. 
* The club membership card will be issued shortly after.
